- Handling the all customer complaints
- Analyses the technical complaints
- Coordinating with different Inter functional teams to achieve customer requirement
- Strong technical expertise in understanding of BLDC Motor
- Monitoring of daily operations of dealership
- Ensuring the highest customer satisfaction, transparency between workshop and customer, volume of business
- Technical training of manpower
- Warranty management.
- Spares management
- Strong customer handling skills
