Responsibilities and Duties

The ASE is responsible for overall revenue generation across the designated products and:
- Manage, develop, and nurture relationships with all dealers and distributors across the assigned area effective territory coverage, and permanent journey plans
- Work with marketing and product managers to execute local-level promotional activities. Ensure high brand visibility across the market
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and seasonality to ensure all products are available at all counters
- Coordinate for billing and dispatch of goods to the respective territory
- Ensure timely collections of dues from all channel partners as per the defined credit policy
- Ensure all channel partner claims are submitted in time as per the process and coordinate with the back-end team for timely processing of the same
- Ensure tertiary coverage and sales to achieve secondary sales goals
- Ensure Internal and External Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- Implementation and compliance of all Sales Processes for effective functioning of the territory. Provide all the required MIS in time
